Michael is a founder of PointOne Capital Group and, with Ari Segal, oversees all aspects of the firm's businesses. Before PointOne he held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan, where he led Private Banking in the Southeast and then the entire western U.S. operation, including emerging technology coverage in Silicon Valley, and served on the U.S. Operating Committee responsible for teams managing hundreds of billions in client assets and multibillion-dollar P&Ls. He was a partner at William Blair & Co., held senior roles at Merrill Lynch, and is a registered representative of Stonehaven, LLC. He is Chairman Emeritus of City Year Los Angeles and a member of YPO, and he holds an M.B.A. and B.A. from Emory University.

Ari is a founder of PointOne Capital Group and, with Michael Walsh, oversees all aspects of the firm's businesses. His career includes COO and CEO roles at major professional sports organizations and venture-backed technology and media companies, with earlier investment banking, private equity, and consulting roles at Lehman Brothers, CCMP Capital, and McKinsey & Company. Sports Business Journal and Leaders in Sports named him a Forty Under 40. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. and J.D. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Ashley is a Partner in PointOne Capital Group and a co-founder of PointOne Family Office, responsible for all day-to-day operations, administration, and family operations. She has worked with Michael for more than two decades serving ultra-high-net-worth families across investment, planning, and operational matters. She is a registered representative of Stonehaven, LLC, and held senior client relationship and advisory roles at William Blair & Co., Merrill Lynch, and JPMorgan. She holds the AWMA designation and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and she serves on the Associates Board of City Year Los Angeles.

A.J. focuses on buy- and sell-side M&A, restructuring, and private placements, with an emphasis on special situations. He spent over a decade in investment banking and investment management, served as Partner and Venture Partner at Kraken Ventures, and held a senior banking role at William Blair & Co. covering technology, media, and telecom. A.J. is a registered representative of Stonehaven, LLC. He holds an A.B. from Harvard and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, where he was the Ronald H. Coase Distinguished Fellow.

Tom leads regulatory compliance, underwriting oversight, process design, technology implementation, and administration across PointOne. He is Chief Compliance Officer of PointOne Family Office, LLC. He brings experience from JPMorgan, Caltius Equity Partners, and Deerpath Capital Management, along with entrepreneurial work in product and compliance systems across the RIA, technology, and e-commerce sectors. Tom is a registered representative of Stonehaven, LLC. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from UC Berkeley and an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
